T1000:
The Ameritek T1000 Stamper/Labeler/Tabber offers unique flexibility and performance for a variety of applications. The T1000 system can be used inline with inkjet systems, feeders and some folders, or standalone with a friction feeder and conveyor. With the ability to apply 1, 2 or 3 tabs/labels or stamps at speeds up to 20,000 ph hr., the T1000 is ready to handle the demands of the industry. It can handle product from 3” x 5” up to 12” x 14” and up to 3/8” thick. The T1000 is heavy duty and versatile and can be used on an existing tabletop or stand allowing the flexibility to go inline or offline.

Ameritek Tabber:
The Ameritek tabber is designed for the demands of a high production environment. Built for speed, flexibility and reliability the Ameritek tabber can handle stamping, multi stamping (w/optional booklet mode), tabbing, post-it note affixing (w/optional 4.5” head) and more at speeds up to 30,000 pieces per hr. It comes with adjustable base (vertically and laterally). Product feeding sizes of 3” x 5” up to 13.5” x 17” and up to 3/8” thick. Available in 2” systems or 4.5” systems.
The Ameritek tabber can be used inline with another Ameritek tabber (great for multi stamping with different denominations), inkjet bases or a plow folder. Postmatic:
Postmatic Inline stampers offer increased inline efficiencies by allowing you to stamp inline while inkjetting, plow folding or inserting. The Postmatic stamping head can be attached to a short base for a reduce footprint or an extended base that can be paired with the Print One inline 1” print head system and you can stamp and cancel inline, reducing postage spoilage and increasing production efficiencies.
